Booking/Rates

BOOKING:
• Studio time is booked by appointment only via phone, text or email. Walk-ins are not accepted.
• A deposit equal to half of the projected studio time is required at the time of booking the studio.
• The billing of a recording session begins at the start time agreed upon during the booking.
• Studio time is billed in one hour increments for the first hour and in 30 minute increments thereafter. Examples: if your recording session runs 20 minutes, you will be charged for the entire hour. If your recording session runs 70 minutes, you will be charged an hour and a half.

CANCELLATIONS:
• Deposits for cancelled/rescheduled sessions will remain valid for a period of six months. Once the six month time frame has passed, an unused deposit will be considered void. All deposits are non-refundable.
• A deposit can be applied to another studio date for all cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations forfeit your deposit.
• In the case of inclement weather, and/or bad road conditions, exceptions may be made to reschedule. Traffic delays are not considered a bad road condition. Please plan accordingly.

Monthly package = record weekly, same day, same time. If there are, for example five Tuesdays in a calendar month, every fifth Tuesday is free.
6-month package = 10% discount off the monthly package
12-month package = 10% discount off the 6-month package
